Naomi Bagdonas is a corporate strategist and Lecturer at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business who helps leaders build more innovative, collaborative, and joyful work cultures (and lives). A leading expert in the intersection of humor and leadership, Naomi advises executives and celebrities on topics ranging from appearances on Saturday Night Live, to leadership presence, to political campaign strategies. She is the co-author of the nationally bestselling book, Humor, Seriously, focused on why and how humor can be used as a secret weapon in business and life, and is formally trained in improv and sketch comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in Los Angeles. Her work has been widely featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Harvard Business Review, and Forbes. In addition to teaching in Stanford’s MBA and Executive Education programs, Naomi teaches improv comedy in the San Francisco county jail.
