Jung Ho Choi completed his Ph.D. at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2017. In 2012, he earned a master’s degree in statistics from Columbia University. He worked as a financial adviser at PricewaterhouseCoopers in South Korea for five years after he graduated from Korea University with a bachelor’s degree in economics in 2005. His research interests are in real effects of accounting, earnings quality, aggregate earnings, voluntary disclosure, and macroeconomics.
