I am an organizational theorist and economic sociologist that investigates the causes and consequences of human relationships in organizations and markets. At Stanford I teach an MBA Elective, Equity By Design: Building Diverse and Inclusive Organizations, the MSx Core Class on Organization Design, and a PhD course on an Organizational Approaches to Economic Sociology. My Equity By Design Lab focuses on understanding and reducing network-related inequality.
